For people with ADHD

You don't keep running late because you don't care.

Time blindness makes it genuinely hard to feel how long things take. Reminders set in advance don't fix that, because the moment you actually lose is the one right before you should be walking out the door. GoNow is built for that moment.

  • Works out your real leave time from where you're going and how you get there.
  • Gets your attention when it counts, not five silent notifications you've already swiped away.
  • A companion, not a critic. No streaks to break, no shame when a day goes sideways.

Concept preview. The real thing is in development.

How it works

Four steps, and only the first one asks anything of you.

  1. Add the thing you need to get to

A destination and a time. Pull it from your calendar or type it. Pick how you are getting there.

  2. GoNow figures out when to leave

Travel time, plus your own "getting out the door" buffer, plus anything you asked it to remember, like tight parking.

  3. It gets your attention at the right moment

A heads-up to start wrapping up, then a clear "leave now" you will actually notice, with the next small step in front of you.

  4. You leave. That is the whole point.

No scoreboard afterwards. If a day goes wrong, GoNow adjusts the buffer for next time instead of adding to the pile of guilt.

Reminders tell you about the future. GoNow shows up in the present.

Here is what we are building, described plainly. Anything not listed here is not promised.

  • A leave time, not an event time

You tell GoNow where you are going and how. It works backwards from the appointment, the trip, and the getting-out-the-door part everyone forgets, and gives you one number: when to leave.

  • Built for the failure moment

Passive reminders assume you will act on them later. GoNow escalates as leave time approaches, so the alert that matters is the one you cannot half-notice while doing something else.

  • Honest about how long things take

Most of us underestimate the last ten minutes at home. GoNow lets you name that buffer once and includes it every time, instead of trusting the optimistic guess.

  • Calm by default

No streaks, no red badges counting your failures, no guilt copy. When you leave on time, it says so. When you do not, it quietly helps with the next one.

  • Private

Your calendar and locations stay on your phone. There is no account to create and nothing about your day is sold to anyone.

  • iPhone and Android

Both platforms from day one, with the same core experience on each.

Questions people ask

Is GoNow a medical or treatment app?
No. GoNow is a practical tool for leaving on time. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace care from a clinician. If lateness is causing serious problems at work or home, a professional who knows ADHD is the right person to talk to.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to use it?
No. GoNow is designed around how time blindness feels for people with ADHD, but anyone who struggles to get out the door on time is welcome.
How is this different from a calendar alert set 30 minutes early?
A calendar alert fires at a fixed time and assumes you will act on it. GoNow calculates the actual leave time from travel and your own buffer, then escalates as it approaches, so the moment you would normally lose is the one it is loudest about.
When does it launch, and what will it cost?
GoNow is in development for iPhone and Android. Pricing is not final. Waitlist members hear first, and get the honest version of any launch offer.
What happens with my data?
Your locations and calendar stay on your device. The website only stores the email you give us for the waitlist. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
I have a question that is not here.
