The agreement

By using the usegonow.com website or the GoNow app (together, "the service") you agree to these terms. The service is provided by AC13 Studios ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What GoNow is, and is not

GoNow is a productivity tool that estimates when you should leave for things and alerts you. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for professional advice. Content on this site about ADHD and time blindness is informational, written from research and lived experience, and is not medical advice.

Travel-time estimates are estimates. Traffic, transit, weather, and your own morning can all disagree with them. You are responsible for your own schedule; we are not liable for a missed flight, meeting, or appointment.

Using the service

• You must be at least 13 (or the age of digital consent where you live).
• Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service, or use it to send spam.
• The waitlist and contact forms are for genuine use by real people.

Purchases

[LEGAL REVIEW once pricing is final.] If GoNow offers paid features, purchases are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play under their terms, and refunds are handled by them. Prices may change; changes never apply retroactively to a purchase you already made.

Content and ownership

The service, its design, and its content are owned by AC13 Studios or its licensors. You may share links to and short quotes from the blog with attribution. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

Availability and changes

We may change or discontinue parts of the service. We will try to give notice for anything significant. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do, and continued use after that means you accept the new terms.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, AC13 Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if nothing, zero). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as permitted.

Governing law

[LEGAL REVIEW: confirm jurisdiction.] These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in its courts unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
